Projects are executed with maximum involvement of the client at all stages through on time and within budget progress reports. Ecotherm works with the philosophy of partnership and close cooperation with the clients

The following Strategies are applied to achieve this philosophy:

  1. Controls

Project control and tracking of activities are imperative for the successful implementation of projects within the time and budget allocated. All activities shall be defined with milestones to indicate actual progress and minimize slippage.

External effects that may have direct and/or indirect influence on project schedule shall be identified, predicted and absorbed at the earliest possible time.

  1. Organization Structure

Lines of communications and reporting with well defined organization structure shall be pre-established both internal within and external with the client. Project Managers will be supported from our experienced personnel capable of coping and accommodating with specific clients’ requests and disruptions to project scope while maintaining the control requirement.

  1. Schedule

Activities, milestones and critical path are scheduled comprehensively with the clients’ requirement. Our commitment to meeting the dateline and milestones is absolute. Schedule is not only for monitoring and progress purposes, but also to reveal critical areas that may affect the progress. Schedules shall be openly discussed and agreed and be made visible to accomplish the project deliverables.
