PROJECT MANAGEMENT

ValveLink Asia offers every discipline of qualified personnel as well as dedicated team required to deliver the projects. The Project Manager will be responsible directly to the General Manager who is the link to the Board of Directors.

The Project Manager would typically interface with and be supported by the Engineering, Construction as well as the Procurement Managers. The Quality Control activities will be coordinated while the procedures on safety both at yard and site will be the responsibility of our safety officer who in turn reports directly to the Managing Director.

Preparation to implement the project includes:

  • Implementation Schedule & Sub-schedule
  • Quality Control Plan & Procedures
  • Procurement Procedure & Order/Sub-Order Listing
  • Progress Report
  • Document/Drawing Issue & Approval Status Plan
  • Manpower & Organization Chart
  • Vendor & Subcontractor Assessment
  • Document Control
  • External Line Communication
