Product Description
The ISEN-30AAF-1500 is a flanged rotary paddle level sensor designed to monitor high-level and low-level conditions in silos, hoppers, and bulk material storage tanks. The sensor operates using a continuously rotating paddle. When bulk material comes into contact with the paddle and obstructs its rotation, the internal switching mechanism changes the SPDT contact status, sending a control signal to the automation system.
Featuring a vertical flanged mounting design and an adjustable shaft length from 1000 mm to 1500 mm, the ISEN-30AAF-1500 is particularly suitable for deep silos and applications requiring level detection at greater installation depths.

Operating Principle
Under normal conditions, the internal motor continuously rotates the paddle. When the material level rises and reaches the paddle, the resistance created by the bulk material causes the internal microswitch to change state.
The SPDT contact then transmits a signal to a PLC or control panel to perform functions such as level alarms, material feeding control, or silo overfill protection.
When the material level falls below the sensor, the paddle resumes rotation and the sensor automatically returns to its normal operating state.
