Product Description
The ISEN-30AAF-700 is an electromechanical rotary paddle level sensor designed to detect high-level and low-level conditions in silos, hoppers, and bulk material storage tanks. The sensor operates using a rotating paddle mechanism. When bulk material reaches the paddle and prevents it from rotating, the internal switching mechanism changes the SPDT contact status, sending a level signal to the control system.
Featuring a vertical flanged mounting design, an adjustable shaft length from 450 to 700 mm, 220 VAC power supply, and SPDT output contacts, the ISEN-30AAF-700 is ideal for level detection of powders, granules, cement, animal feed, plastic pellets, and many other bulk solids.

Operating Principle
When no material is present, the internal motor rotates the paddle at a low speed.
When the bulk material reaches the paddle:
- The rotating paddle is obstructed by the material.
- The internal mechanism actuates a microswitch.
- The SPDT contact changes state.
- A level signal is transmitted to the PLC or control panel.
When the material level drops below the paddle, the paddle resumes rotation and the contact automatically returns to its normal state.
